He was arrested for the first time at the age of seventeen when he defrauded a family friend for Rs 1.5 crore. Sukesh Chandrasekhar continued to defraud people with his techniques even after being granted bail for his first offence. He assured citizens that he would supply them with government employment or real estate. Sukesh couldn’t legally drive a car since he was a child, so to satisfy his desire, he faked the signature of the Bangalore police commissioner and published a certificate permitting him to drive anywhere in Karnatak.

The ED claims that the main accused gave actress Jacqueline Fernandez a horse for 52 lakh and a Persian cat worth 9 lakh in the alleged Rs 200-crore money-laundering case. He also claimed to have given Nora Fatehi a high-end automobile. For the uninitiated, Jacqueline and Nora came to the ED in October to assist with the interrogation.
According to the charge sheet, conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar admitted to gifting Jacqueline presents totalling Rs 10 crore. Diamond-studded jewellery sets, tableware, four Persian cats (each cat costs roughly Rs 9 lakh) and a horse for Rs 52 lakh were among the presents.
